King of Games Farm is located in Peardale, California, in the Sierra Nevada foothills, near Grass Valley. We offer many services for horse and rider, including boarding, jumper and dressage training, colt starting, lay-up, tack store and more.

Training at King of Games Farm incorporates the Syn Alia Training System (SATS®) to teach traditional skills to horse and rider with a positive and cooperative style not found in traditional negative-feedback and manipulative techniques.

New to King of Games Farm is our store, Jacob's Stand Farm Store, exclusive provider of the superior leather products of the KG Bridleworks®, as well as natural farm goods and local art.

The name King of Games derives from an ancient Pakistani inscription: "Let other men play at other things. The game of kings is still the king of games." - a reference to polo that we paraphrase in French to reflect our heritage and original roots in the "game of kings". Over the past fourty years our focus has shifted to jumpers and dressage, but the name remains the same.
